(Our story)
A house by the sea
since 1962

Our grandmother used to say that the sea teaches you everything you need to know about hospitality: be generous, be calm, and never hurry anyone. We’ve tried to build a place that does exactly that.
Giulia & Marco Esposito, your hosts
Sixty years, slowly
The fisherman’s house
Nonna Rosa opens three rooms to travellers arriving by boat. Breakfast is whatever the garden gives.
The lemon grove
The family buys the terraced grove next door. The first long-table supper takes place the same summer.
A new generation
Giulia and Marco return from Milan to take over, restoring every room by hand with local craftspeople.
The Salt House
A small villa with its own plunge pool opens at the end of the garden — the latest chapter, not the last.
Made nearby
Linen, ceramics, wine and olive oil — all from within a day’s drive of the hotel.
Seasonal by nature
We open with the lemon blossom in April and close when the sea gets rough in November.
Small on purpose
Twenty-two rooms means we know every guest by name, and every guest has room to breathe.
